Master team management, roster building, and team dynamics
Team Overview
Teams are the foundation of your career. Each team has unique attributes including budget, roster composition, and team chemistry. Understanding how to manage these elements is key to building a championship-caliber team.
Budget Management
Every team has a budget that determines which players you can sign. Manage your finances wisely - overspending can limit your roster flexibility.
Roster Limits
Teams have maximum roster sizes. You can have active players (who compete) and bench players (reserves). Balance is key for depth and flexibility.
Team Chemistry
Chemistry grows as players play together. Higher chemistry provides performance bonuses in matches. Keep your core roster together to maximize this benefit.
Roster Management
Active Roster
Your active roster consists of the players who compete in matches. Typically 4 players, these are your starters. Only active players contribute to match performance and gain experience.
Tip: Your active roster should be balanced with different roles. Consider having slayers, objective players, and support players for optimal team composition.
Bench Players
Bench players are reserves who don't compete but can be activated when needed. They're useful for:
- Injury replacements or roster changes
- Developing young talent without pressure
- Maintaining roster depth for flexibility
- Strategic matchups against specific opponents
Player Positions & Roles
Players have natural positions based on their skill ratings:
Main AR
Primary assault rifle player. High slaying power and objective play. The anchor of your team.
Flex
Versatile player who can switch between AR and SMG. Balanced across all skills.
SMG Slayer
Aggressive submachine gun player. High movement and slaying power for map control.
Support
Team-oriented player. High support rating and objective play. Enables teammates to succeed.
Team Chemistry
Chemistry is a crucial factor that affects team performance. It develops over time as players compete together and achieve success. Higher chemistry provides rating bonuses during matches.
Building Chemistry
- Players gain chemistry by playing matches together
- Winning matches accelerates chemistry growth
- Long-term roster stability builds maximum chemistry
- Frequent roster changes reset chemistry
Chemistry Benefits
- Rating bonuses in match simulations
- Improved coordination in objective modes
- Better clutch performance in tight situations
- Reduced variance in match outcomes
Team Budget & Contracts
Managing your team's budget is essential for long-term success. Every player contract costs money, and you need to balance star players with role players to stay within budget.
Budget Allocation
Your starting budget depends on the team you choose. Allocate funds wisely between star players and supporting cast members.
Contract Negotiation
Players have market values and asking salaries. Negotiate contracts that fit your budget while maintaining a competitive roster.
Long-term Planning
Consider contract lengths and future budget implications. Short-term deals offer flexibility, while long-term deals provide stability.
